Cookie Policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
Introduction
This Cookie Policy applies to all products and services offered by Expii, Inc. (“Expii,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and our subsidiaries or affiliates). This policy applies whether you use any website(s) under the domain poshenloh.com (with any subdomain, including but not limited to live.poshenloh.com, daily.poshenloh.com, game.poshenloh.com, and forum.poshenloh.com), or any related services, video meetings, sales, marketing or events (collectively, the “Services”). This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies when you use our Services.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar tracing technologies (like web beacons and pixels) for the following purposes:
Essential cookies
- To operate our Services
- To authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use
- To remember your preferences and settings
Analytics and performance cookies
- To understand how visitors interact with our Services
- To test different versions of our Services
- To compile statistics about traffic and interaction related to our Services
- To improve our Services and user experience
Functionality cookies
- To remember choices you make
- To provide enhanced, more personal features
Marketing and advertising cookies
- To deliver content relevant to your interests
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
- To help us optimize the content we show you
Types of cookies we use
- Session cookies: These temporary cookies expire when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies: These remain on your device until you delete them or they expire
- First-party cookies: Set by us to provide you with our services
- Third-party cookies: Set by our trusted partners to provide additional services
Your choice in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland
If you visit our Services from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use only essential cookies until you make a choice. On our marketing and enrollment pages, a banner asks you to accept or reject the other cookies. You can choose analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag) separately. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and you can use our Services fully either way.
We keep your choice in your browser for 12 months, and then we ask again. To change your choice at any time, select “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our pages. If you withdraw your consent, the analytics and advertising cookies stop, and we remove the ones that we can.
On the pages where students learn, play, or sign in, we use no analytics or advertising cookies for visitors from these places, and we do not ask for consent there.
For visitors from these places who have not accepted analytics cookies, we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser. Your browser sends Vercel the address of the page without its query, the referring page, and the version of the script. Vercel adds the time, the approximate country, region, and city, and the type and version of your device, operating system, and browser. Vercel does not store your IP address, and it does not identify you across days or across websites. We see only totals.
Our video player, from Wistia, loads only when you start a video. It then stores data in your browser to play the video. In the same way, our support chat loads only when you open it, and it then stores data in your browser to keep the conversation.
Your cookie choices
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. However, if you limit the ability of websites to set cookies, you may impact your overall user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:
Browser controls
- Go to your browser settings and find the controls that govern cookies and/or website data
Opt-out options
- You can opt out of cookies by adjusting your browser settings
- Note, however, that if Essential cookies are blocked, you may not be able to fully use our services
Third-party cookies
We may allow selected third parties to place cookies through our Services to provide us with better insights into the use of the Services or user demographics or to provide relevant advertising to you. These third parties may collect information about a user's online activities over time and across different websites when using our Services.
Updates to this cookie policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical, or business developments. When we update our Cookie Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.

Consent
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use cookies other than essential cookies only with your consent, as described above. To remember your choice, we keep one cookie for your browser session that records whether you visit from these places, and one entry in your browser storage that records your choice. These are essential. Elsewhere, you can control cookies with your browser settings.
